Many factors are taken into consideration in the pricing of a home inspection. Size, age, condition and configuration of the house are just few of the important factors taken into account. My fees reflect my intention to maintain a high standard of quality for home inspections.

 Greystone Inspection Company can provide your bank or lending institution with prompt, accurate inspections for construction draw disbursements. We will schedule your inspection within 24 hours of your request so that you can promptly disburse funds to the builder, so your clients project keep moving forward, without delay.

Having years of building experience allows us a familiarity with the new construction and remodeling process. From excavation to punch list we will ensure that your disbursements are balanced with the work being completed by your client’s builder or general contractor.
